Terms of sales:

Unless otherwise indicated, all works are originals executed by Irene Corey and certified to be free of defects due to faulty craftsmanship or materials for a period of twelve months from date of sale.If flaws should appear during this period and be due to such causes, such works shall be subject to repair or replacement at the option of the artist. However, the artist cannot be responsible for fading, cracking or other damage caused by improvident exposure to weather.

Payment for all works purchased directly from artist shall be in United States currency by check made payable to Irene Corey and addressed to: Irene Corey, Box 825, Idyllwild CA 92549 or through PayPal. PayPal will also accept valid Visa and Master cards. Please allow three business days for check to clear before the work will be shipped.

The buyer may return any work acquired from the artist for full credit against the purchase of any other works available at that time, provided said work shall be returned in same condition within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

All shipments are fully insured by the shipper against damage or loss. If works are not received in good condition, please notify the artist within ten days of receipt.

When size and weight permit, paintings will be packed by artist and shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping charges will be determined by the postal service at the time the order is received. Crating methods and charges for larger paintings are per freight company standard procedures and rates. Artist may choose to hand deliver large items within 50 miles of Idyllwild, CA at no charge.

The original works are copyrighted by the artist. The sale of such copyrighted work does not include the rights of reproduction in any form unless specifically granted in writing by the artist.
